Aquatic Form instead of Abyssal Seahorse

With this glyph Glyph of Aquatic Form - Item - World of Warcraft aquatic form is as fast as Abyssal Seahorse - so using Aquatic Form is faster than the mount. Could anyone write a plugin to overwrite the mounting?

I don't gather with a druid but there is a way to use the spell id 1066 in the ground mount field, isn't it?
