Apps' Time Use Local Time

Can you add feature that we can set PF time to locally.

I've just realize that when I loggin in my phone and catch Mon at 8 AM and loggin in at PF and play locally in my area ... the pokemon caught is at 4AM.

Is something that niantic can detect our 'time travel' here ?
