Application Error

Moved all of my files over to a new hard drive recently, but just to make sure I re-downloaded HB to make sure I had the latest version installed. But now when I try to open it I get an application error, saying "Application failed to properly initialize" and then it automatically closes. Is this happening to anyone else or is it just me? If it's just me, how can I fix this?
