Application Constantly Crashing

Hi there,

As requested, I have performed a fresh install with the new updated version of PokeFarmer. Same problem as described in previous thread. Creating new thread as requested:

Support on this is getting a little frustrating. As you can see in my previous posts, I have been told that this is a known issue and that i need to update the bot an re-post. This is now the third post regarding the same problem.

- microsoft visual c++ 2005-2015 x86 redistributable



restart your pc,
download the installationwizard http://updates.buddyauth.com/BuddyWizard.zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
install https://www.thebuddyforum.com/BuddyWizard.exe
restart

For the purpose of troubleshooting this and ruling out any issue with the OS... I have rebuilt a test computer from scratch with a fresh installation of Win10 64-bit to prove there is not problem with the PC.

New PC built, Win10 64-bit installed, fully patched and rebooted
Downloaded and ran installation wizard http://updates.buddyauth.com/BuddyWizard.zip
After wizard installation completed, ran windows update. Installed all updated via windows updates. When PC was fully patched, I rebooted
installed https://www.thebuddyforum.com/BuddyWizard.exe
Ran windows updates and rebooted

Installed PokeFarmer

Exact same issue as before. I have provided the new Windows error logs below:

For the purpose of being absolutely clear, I have also run these tests with no antivirus or firewalls installed. I have also disabled the firewall on the network's router. There is no difference in the end result. It still doesn't seem to work
 
Could you please install the latest .NET Framework available for download? (4.6.X) ?

I don't understand how this bot is working for some people. Is anyone able to replicate the same problem on a fresh install of Win10 64-bit?

I have also moved the test machine into a different network to see if its an issue with my network and I get the same problem.

Can anyone explain the PokeFarmer log file to me?

PokeFarmer launches fine, then I press "Start Bot", then "Login via Google..", then I press ok after entering my details, it says connecting to "game servers" and then after about 20 seconds - 2 minutes it will crash. You can see this in the time stamps on the log files I have sent. It varies between crashing in 20 seconds to 2 minutes. The bot never gets passed the "connecting to game servers..." bit

I tried again and got it to take a while before it crashed... Log files are saying, connection to buddy servers lost

Glad to see its not just me. I'm more satisfied that its an issue with the BOT now. Looking forward to the moderator's next response
 
Just want to bump this thread. Any news on my problem? I have updated to build 147 and I still have the same problem. Have tried on multiple machines on multiple networks.
I'm fairly technical, if you could assist me with what the logs are indicating it would also be helpful. Thanks

Is Port 15060 blocked in your firewall?

That wasn't a post from me... that was another user. Regardless... I have created a new Pokemon Go account and that seems to have resolved my issue. Weird as I can still log into it on my phone. Not sure if this is a new type of ban. Please close this thread. Thanks for your assistance.
