Appealling blizzard ban

Does anyone know what to say to try to appeal a ban with blizzard?

You can also pm me if you dont want it on the forums.

I got mine unbanned because of DB and wanna try appealing.
 
You got yourself unbanned and want to appeal?

I tried to appeal on several accounts, wich in any case would work fine. Tho they had solid proof ground that I was using 3th party software. So it didnt have anything to do with behaviour(botted as much as the average human would play, and uncommon profiles).

You can try appealing, but it will only take time and get you disappointed.

I have tried a lot but they say that they have proof of me using 3rd party software.
Im currently trying "I think I got hacked" subject.
BTW, does someone know if they have the same GM's taken care of all subjects?
 
"I'm not using this account for almost 3 weeks, following I think I got hacked" -> didnt worked
"I have no idea wtf is going on...." -> didnt worked
"I was playing from an internet cafe/shared network then I got disconnected and noticed that acc. is banned" -> didnt worked
"I was farming gold for a sage's seeker and natalia's wrath for days..." -> called support for this one, didnt worked
"My main OS is windows 2008 server therefore I'm playing on a Virtual machine (windows7) over a *** because my connection is much better with that. Is that the mentioned violation/cause of this ban" -> didnt worked

After seeing all above didnt worked I appealed for my main acc, which I DIDN'T botted, well ofc I've taken some good amounth of gold from botted accounts.
"I admit I was using using bots on the same PC on other accounts, but I've never botted cheated or exploited game with this account..." -> also didnt worked

Thats my experience so far.

Im trying everything to get my main acc back but it doesnt seem to work.
They are pretty decided regarding 3rd party softwares, no 2nd chances or perma ban lifted to suspention for x days.
I have got more then 20 ticket answers and all are pretty much telling me the same.

And they aren't going to change their minds. If you don't want to lose it - don't bot on it. Before you jump in my shit, I'll finish by saying that I recently lost my main account in the 7/20 ban. But I also knew the consequences and didn't bat an eye when I saw it was banned. Such is the cost of botting.

I dont care either, im just trying to get it back because i have around 75mill on it that I want to sell :P

Lol, I hear you. Just the day before I got banned, I thought about putting my Witch Doctor gear up for sale on the RMAH (this was my first, hand leveled toon that I didnt play anymore) - easily 100Mil worth of gear, could have got at least $300 for the gear alone.. Not to mention I had 3 high-priced gems in the RMAH.. The gems eventually sold and the money was deposited into my PayPal .. which was surprising considering the account was banned. But, oh well. Live and learn I guess. Onto my next account ;)
 
Ah that's a shame to hear.. well I lost about 100 M gold on equips, but finding the right equips was exactly the most bumming part.. Spent tons of hours on AH for them.

I won't buy new D3 again... Though maybe if DB if EVER get their act together and becomes state of the art.
