appealing a ban

Just trying to get an idea for how to go about it. Ive read a few threads and have a decent idea but still have a few questions. While waiting for a reply to said appeal is it safe to bot on the computer you appealed from? Also what precautions should i take. And id appreciate any ideas for what to say that i may not have read already. I just tried one appeal out of three that got banned and i played the oblivious act hoping it will work out

gatherbuddy custom profile. Was only running 4 hours a day so i was shocked i got banned

Strange that you got banned from GB, might have a faulty profile?

no i dont think so been using it on other accounts seems to run very smooth

I just had this happen to me I was using GB2 for about the same amount of time jsut got kicked out of the game and on battlenet is says account Banned.... What did you say to get yours appealed??????
