Please be advised that sanctions in relation to this matter will not be taken against any new accounts you may wish to create, but the characters from your cancelled account will remain irretrievable. If you should wish to create a new account, you will need to obtain a new and unused CD key with a retail copy of the game.

This is your final review, and further tickets will not change our stance here. This action will not be overturned.

got a 72 hours suspension sometime last night after i logged out or this morning, appealed it and got this answer, so that means im perm banned now or the 72 hours still stands? and they sayd in the first email this was my first and final warning

Seems so buddy, mine said this:

The actions above have been deemed inappropriate for the World of Warcraft, and resulted in the closure of your account. After a thorough review we have determined that the World of Warcraft license will not be permanently closed at this time. However the account will be suspended for 72 hours and a final warning applied.

After this suspension has ended you will be able to login normally. Also remember to login to the account page first to refresh the status. Bear in mind that future violations against our policies may lead to further actions up to and including permanent closure of the license.

Appealing a 72 hour ban for botting is playing with fire mate. Just let it run its course and be glad you didn't get banhammer'd the first time. Regarding your question I can't really make out if it was changed to a permaban. It might just be that the support guy copy pasted the wrong thing.

when i look inside the battlenet account, my wow account is flagged as "locked" wouldnt is say "banned" if it was a perm ban?

Well when I was banned it said "'Banned" when got appealed to 72h it says "Locked"

1 st bann usually always becomes 72 hour suspension after apeal, 2nd banned you screwed
