Apparently now blizzard can see if you are using HB or any bot just by checking your ram and CPU . I got perma ban , and I was behind my computer the whole time. here is what I received from them:

Your World of Warcraft account has been permanently closed due to a direct breach of the Terms of Use.

We take these types of issue very seriously, and a full investigation is done before any action taken. In this case we have deemed that the evidence provided is correct and the action will not be overturned.

We have to take the measures to maintain the integrity of the game and for our community as a whole. We cannot provide in depth details about the closure aside from what has already been emailed.

Please check below for links to our policies and Terms of Use for more information.

The game client may monitor your computer's RAM and/or CPU processes for unauthorized third party programs running concurrently with the game.

An unauthorized third party program is defined as any third party software (including Addons) that facilitates cheating; intercepts, mines or collects information from the game database; or allows modifying or hacking of the game interface, environment or experience in any way not expressly authorized by Blizzard Entertainment.
This action has been taken in accordance with our Terms of Use and our In-game Policies (Rules Regarding In-Game and Forum Conduct - Battle.net Support), which all players acknowledge and agree to prior to playing World of Warcraft. These policies and conditions allow us to maintain a fun and safe game environment for all of our players.

Our Battle.net Terms of Use can be found at Blizzard Entertainment: Battle.net Terms of Use. Further information on the different levels of account penalty we can apply is available at
https://battle.net/support/article/200475.

We now consider this matter closed and would not look to enter into further discussion on the subject.

each content patch i bot all archeology, pvp and pet battles 24/7.

ps: on other hand - all my goldfarming accs are dead

Lololol :)
I love that so many think that HB is detected, its definitely not their playstyle that is detected, farming that insanity title by killing 15000 of the same mob in a tight loop. Definately not.

troll post is troll

you could at least format the text so it looks like an actual email.

1. blizzard can ban you at any time.
2. blizzard can ban you for any reason or no reason at all. --look it up, its in the terms
3. blizzard clearly states it can scan your Ram and Processes at any time if they suspect you cheating. i assume this is just for investigation and not as evidence. much like a cop doing an illegal search to corroborate an existing theory even though evidence obtained cannot be used in court. Ignore anyone who claims blizzard won't do it just because its illegal.
4. blizzard does not have to ban you immediately upon learning of your infraction.
5. open a new account and bot on brother.

just because your "behind the computer the whole time" does not mean your paying 100% attention to whats going on, and what other people around you are doing. all it takes is 1 player report for a gm to look at you and if he thinks you maybe a bot he can and will ban you. its just that simple.

thread closed.
