apparently fps problem iss in blizzs ui!!

im currently running no bots and fps problem is still there ,went on blizzs website and ppl and i mean lots of ppl are havin this problem and its revolving around the blizz ui
no bots running and everytime u enter combat goes from 100+fps to 0 and thats no bots running or anything else on my comp and its doing the exact same thing
