Anything I can do to stop the game from walking through freeways or rivers?

Hi guys,

Been using PF for a few days now and I like it a lot but I find myself very concerned about the path'ing for PF. It will go through freeways, buildings such as skyscrapers or Stadiums as if they were not there. Any suggestions as to how to have it follow the roads more, or stay on the street or something? Please advise. I'm sure this won't matter unless someone investigates manually but if they do, I think that is very damning. Any thoughts?

I've been wondering that myself. I monitor where i'm going and use Walk to Pokestop but make sure its a stop not in line with a building, etc.. once I clear the building I let it roam until I see another obstacle.. just weird to see it go thru buildings

Don't worry to much guys . I have been using poke farmer for months. I walk around a park with a lake with 4 diff accounts like 12 hrs a day. Iv been doing it for a while now. It walks across the lake over and over and probably through a few buildings. I have NEVER had any issues from Pokémon Go. As people have also found pokestops/gyms in crazy places people shouldn't really be such as like in the sea or something. People don't get introuble for that so I would imagine they don't worry about where they walk. People also walk all over the white house to iv heard, nothing ever happens.

Same here, using PF over a month and this is not a issue for you
