Anyone with mad photoshop skills?

Would it be hard to change this picture so the organization name is "LeKi", and tagline "productivity first", remove the white text box, "search this site box" and picture?

It would be easier to create it from scratch tbh...

It's also, rather ugly.

The picture in the above would be easy to replace with whatever you wanted since it's enclosed with a box and it uses a solid background... changing the text to the right... as trinity said, it would be easier to create that from scratch because it's got a gradual change in it... would be difficult to replace text and keep the background right without 'artifacts'...
