Anyone selling on the RMAH using a new/low level account?

I just bought a new account recently (physical copy, not digital), and was wondering if it's safe to start selling things on the RMAH right away?

I've heard of people getting banned for immediately selling gold/items with a new account, but I think I read it was mostly due to payment problems for their digital copy or that their paypal address not matching their b.net address.

Would it be fine if say I have a character that's only lvl 10 selling higher level items and gold on the RMAH?

Well, that is definitely at least suspicious when a lvl10 character is selling stuff on RMAH. That is for sure.

Does Blizzard have the technical posibility/interest to track such things? Who knows.

Is it even illegal at all? No, not really. The selling itself should be completely fine, though we all know that on a thorough investigation of those items would lead to botting accounts, so do you even want an investigation? =)

I guess the short answer is: noone will tell you for sure, so excercise your common sense and weigh the pro's and con's.
