anyone seen this message while doing runs

I get a popup saying can't start game until party is formed
then I get disconnected from the server.

happened one time last night and 3 times in the last hour.

I think its an bug when you are to fast i have this somtimes to when i 'm playing legit

It means you got flagged by blizzard for impending account inspection.
