Anyone running Shotgun Crusader build with phalanx?

Hey so i'm botting t6 with holy shotgun build currently, i have my config sorted except phalanx, i edited the file to use it when 1 enemy is in range but he's not, he does use it but it's not consistent it's odd, i'm wondering if someone can give me their crusadercombat file within trinity, i need it to have provoke whenever an enemy is in range, use heavens fury whenever possible and use phalanx whenever an enemy is near.

Here's my current config file if anyone can see the reason phalanx isn't casting when possible.

Yea I forgot where but the crusader combat settings in trinity needs a edit for it. It's somewhere on the forums.

I've edited the file to cast when one target is near, but it's not always doing it.
