Anyone notice the extreme down sloap in herbs/mines?

So I've been using Tony's twilight profile for horde.. And I've noticed going from full 36 slot herb/mine bags getting full within a few hours.. to only half of 1 bag each... Now I searched twilight highlands to see how many people... 5 people including me.. I searched throughout the farming to see.. never went above 10.. Now I'm thinking.. do you think blizzard dropped the rate of herbs + mines?

The rate of herbs increases when more people are in the zone, it's like this for some time now.

I noticed the same thing. I used to fill my 36 slot herbalism bags overnight, and now i'm just filling one of them. (In twilight highlands). the profile i'm using is exactly the same, so, something has been changed... and it makes sense, since twilight jasmine and heartblossom are quite expensive in AH now... In my realm, TJ costs 150G/stack...
However, I notice the poor spawn rate only on herbs. I'm still getting A LOT of ore. Yesterday I farmed for 18 hours, and got 250+ stacks...
