anyone here plays wow with xbox 360 controller?

i play alot of xbox 360 to im plenning on trying wow with xbox 360 controller to are here people that already doing that and could say me how it is i see on youtube its nice but i need a wired so i wil buy that in a few days

just dosnt work. could use it to level to like 30 and move arround, but thats pretty much it

Ive done it quite a bit in the past. And its awesome. (Which reminds me i should get a new wireless receiver so i can use my controller again, i might even go get one today since hb is under patching anyways)

Mainly what sucks is when ppl want to talk, I have not tried with the xbox qwerty, but it might work well.

just tried this yesterday

it's awesome... my wife was heal and i played with my shadows priest...

i used one button as TAB and the others for the dots... works great

I used something called "SwitchBlade" last time i used it in WoW. Its a software designed for Xbox 360 controllers just for WoW so there is not configuration needed, install run and have great fun.

wel im thinking of buying Xpadder but wil it work with an wireless controller to or do i need a wired? and also could i bind all my healing spels on my priest as discpline?

if this is going to work right im going to put my pc on my 46 led tv and just sit relax in my chair while raiding with a big joint haha is it easy to use the spels on a controller? can you bind all healing spels? its also nice that i can play via my led tv Emulation games like Mario bros i stil love those games haha to do at nite or so when im not playing wow or xbox but wil an Wireless controller work? what do u mean with this i used one button as TAB and the others for the dots... works great

so u have all shadow dots on one key and they wil work like a macro?

You party will wipe if you even try to heal with a controller in hgiher levels, it just doesn't work.

Xpadder is quite nice I've bought it for other MMO's i play, tho it requires a lot of configuring.

It's amazing I have all my keys bound to 1 button it's called Start.
I can watch a movie, I can go to sleep, I can go outside, I can have sex with my wife all while playing WoW at the same time!

ive been wanting to make a Controller plugin for HB so you can do things like actually map the camera to the right stick, and use it to execute code like, interact with the nearest object, so you dont have to do that crappy binding mouse clicks to the stick and that sort of thing, really the sky is the limit, but it would be great for people who want to do some hard core pvp, or raiding on their hdtv on the couch, but at this point i dont know if im ever going to be able to pull it off.

haha i know but when my char is 85 my priest i wanna play self and i like keyboard and mouse i have razor naga mouse but if it would be good i would using xbox controller its mutch better and i see alot of people on youtube using xbox controller while doing a raid and they doing it alrite

Tried and tested warlock method for using 360 controller, the basics of how I did/do it anyway. Key thing is to keep most priority spells on the triggers.
I managed ret paladin dps using a controller. Then rolled DK and started sitting in a chair at my pc.

I still say a healer would fail at endgame though .
