yes, poe crashes when starting bot.
Yeap, there's a lot of issues with the bot right now. Please see this thread for more information.
We are still updating what is the current Release version each patch just to have a bot that can work, as some people don't have flagging issues with it. Beta is updated now, but it's pretty rough still, so it'll be smoothed out over the next week.

If you guys are having issues with it crashing when you start it, try disabling your antivirus and re-downloading it. I had an issue where I didn't have all the files in the bot directory b/c my AV had blocked some, and that was causing the bot to crash when I started it.
Or simply check your bot directory. It should have like 10 individual files in addition to the folders, but mine was crashing b/c I only had like 3 of them.
