Anyone having trouble purchasing blizzard store battlechest?

Myself and 2 of my IRL friends have tried to buy the £4.99 battle chest, all of us have had our payments go to pending, then fail after ~12 hours.

PayPal checkout is not allowed for some reason.

Anyone else having trouble/know a work around?

At least if you do deals make it work the proper way and don't advertise a payment method which won't work.

I just checked it and it seems it is back to 19.99us ... I couldnt find the EU version ....
