Anyone having this townrun issue?

my char tp's to do the town run then just stands there in town. rads inactivity doesnt even trip.

if anyone could help that would be great!

Happening sometimes since #70 beta + rads i think. Didnt have it before. WHen I check i see character in town standing + disconnect window (error clicker do not press it : (
