Anyone have good profile for Demon Hunter?

I'm currently doing GR42~45 with the default setting in DB. I will not able to finish the quest before the time for anything GR46+

I have 2 different sets of gear but not sure what's the best setup

Unhallowed Essence and Marauder's Carapace

Please help

You're in the wrong place bud, you should post that in Combat Routines part of the forums. Profiles are just "What your bot should do", as in, nephalem rifts, greater rifts, bounties.
