Anyone have a working Quest Plug-in?

Just started playing D3 again today and my Quest Plug-in that supposedly runs act1-5 99% afk only makes it to the Imprisoned Angel Quest in act 1 then restarts the act and I'm using the proper settings (AllActs_Relogger).
