I guess he/she meant the "old" test release from 9th nov. wich was/is available, before they deactivated the bot.

Edit: Looks like they are instabanning for even small infractions now. Definitely not worth the risk unless you're suicide botting.

Doubtful that they would ban right away. For the last few years Blizzard does not instantly ban unless you exploit the economy or do something egregious. More likely, if they are still detecting, they'll wait to catch as many as possible before dropping the hammer. I wouldn't risk it.

somehow they flag accounts pretty quickly and you get banned within 12-24 hours. tons of people trying suicide bots got caught already. so whatever it is they're running to monitor bots, it's still active.

Ah wow, I didn't see that. I thought it was just for suicide botting still, but I see people in there getting it after just a few hours of questing. Thanks for the info - I'll correct my post.
