Because even the link inside of the trial account from the game isn't working for me anymore, i don't mean to beat a dead horse, so if you are tired of answering this question feel free not to respond... i just haven't seen any threads since the five dollar one died so i have been wondering.

From a site - so far g2a is cheapest imo, the more people that buy from there, the cheaper the keys will eventually get.
