Anyone ever successfully appeal 3+ bans?

I've had one account banned twice in three months and a final ban I've failed to overturn just a few days ago.
Every ticket after the third has simply been along the lines of "This penalty has already been upheld.
Before that it was "multiple representatives have reviewed this case and it will not be overturned."

Really, I'm just looking for hope here. Has anyone ever had a third/final ban overturned?

I had a perm banned account reduced to 72hrs, which I have been keeping appealed for 5 months. Good Luck! Everyday, when I was in the restroom, I will sent a ticket to blizzard with a amazing new story to explain my account had been hacked. at last, they gave me another chance...

Best I've had was 2 successful appeals on the same account. On the third they had banned all the accounts I owned (about 7) so no success appealing those.

Ive learned in my experience if you lose one at a time, you can more than likely appeal it back quickly (unless previously banned a few times). But if you lose more than one at the same time, chances are slim.

Were you banned more than twice?

what you're telling me is three accounts banned one time.

Did they eventually stop responding entirely, and then started again?

yes, they began replying very shortly before, and suddenly a kind representative gave me a chance.
