Anyone ever been banned for using combat only?

Hi,

So as the title suggests I'm wondering if people have been banned when they only use honorbuddy to do their rotation? I do all the movement targeting socializing etc myself and just let honorbuddy take care of the rotation with lazyraider/tyrael and tuanha's CCs.

I was just thinking there is no way I'd ever get reported by someone else so if people had been banned while doing this the bot must have been detectable at some point.

In my opinion you shouldn't bot with an account you're not comfortable losing, secondly I think nobody can say for sure if you're at risk or not (except for blizzard ofc)
 
Its hard for them to see you are using only a CC. Because you are moving like a player!
 
i got 6 max lvl, every Tuesday after restart, i just leave my tank doing random heroic to cap valor using dungeonbuddy over night since they have the Valor of the ancient crap, no ban yet, i wanted to get ban so i can quit, lol
 
In my opnion its safe to use combat bot or any other bot that does the routine for you

LoL me too.

I play a lot arena/bg using Combat Routine control rotation, I control the movement myself.

Sometime I got wishpered "report you for hacking" because I killed so many but Blizzard haven't touch me yet... It been like that for 1 year already.

This is funny. I made 1800 rating in 2's using CombatBot & Tuanha's holy paladin routine this past week (thank you Tuanha!), and I received several whispers accusing me of hacks because my Hand of Freedoms (as well as pvp trinketing) were instant. Ignoring these messages seems to be the best policy so far.

There was once a guy saying he was banned just for Raidbot.

I asked him how many accounts he had, he told me: 1

One day earlier he made a post about how he gathered 2000 herbs in 7 Hours.

Now tell me how much bullshit we have here? ;)

Many years now using various bots and no ban. Of course I am OCD careful. But still, it can be done.

they are just jelly on our awsome leet custom classes thnx to you i couldnt do it my self even with the razer naga software not but because of you awsome pvp custom classes and pve we have fun to play arena rbg again. and you cant get banned for killing some one ingame lol:)
