Anyone else stuck on "fetching encoding table"

On US version, seems it wants to patch and nothing is happening for like an hour now

Also found this http://us.battle.net/wow/en/forum/topic/20747874789 just now, who else has this issue?

Hi, Roneo1,

Just hang in there. Its the Battlenet launcher client itself that is updating, You should see the logo in the upper left have a 'download progress meter' going.

Once it is updated, the other items will update.

I thought so too, because it's what usually happens but it's been staying like that for over an hour, I'm trying on 3 separate machines and I'm getting it even if I restart bnet. I'm trying a scan and repair like he's saying in that thread but it takes forever, so was wondering if anyone else is getting this.

Indeed, your problem sounds bigger. The update should take no more than a few minutes. If you figure it out, please share the solution!
