Anyone else Freezing up at loading screen after this last patch?

Ive noticed, winter buddy locks up neverwinter, as soon as it gets to the loading screen after you hit level 4 and go to protectors clave. so far 4 toons in a row, same thing freeze.

Anybody else, notice this?

Also what is this i see this spammed alot now
