Anyone else banned today ?

So pretty much same as a title says. At the moment of writting this 2 of my accounts got banned. Anyone else got hit today ? Also would be nice if someone experienced in that matter could tell if they're targetting my ip and i should start looking for some *** or something or is it just a resault of botting and new accounts will be safe for a while.

I grind a lot and got a ton of server disconnects (I think from bot issues).

What was you doing when you got banned?

PVP is full of other bots, im not sure what but I somehow don't think HB is anywhere near the pro-bot im seeing.

Was you picking up a lot of crates like on Corellia?

If your crate farming your just player reported and maybe (but far from likely) GM proven.

Well i havent been farming boxes at all. Just elites. Most likely reports. Another question; I havent recived ban email yet. When i log on on website i can see a message

but when I go into message box on the site there is :

You have been banned for the following reason:

Date the ban will be lifted: Never

So, the question is are they gonna suspend me for a some time, or is that instant perma ban ?

Looks like player reports. Non specific they don't even seem to know them selfs.

I recived email why i got banned and it says that for selling credits which i did. By mail and by f2f trade. Any pro tips how to avoid this?

Hi Bochen,

Keep in mind that you were probably banned for something that happened in the recent past. BioWare security keeps a list of accounts targeted for banning so that they can ban in small or large waves; their intent is to keep botters from knowing exactly what got them caught, and when. I also lost one today, and it hadn't been active for over 24 hours.

Just chalk it up to luck and the price of doing business, and be as careful as possible with the next one. Also, varying your IP address is probably a good idea.

So as I've said before its most likely for selling credits which i did. Also this thread is 100% not about me whining or something I know the risk i knew its coming sooner or later. Just want to learn from it as much as possible to avoid similar things in future

Well i just got banned on everything i had which is 10 accs on 6 diffrent pcs runnign with 2 isps. Some of those accounts were freshly made chars around level 20 which havent sold anything yet (they were created like 3 days ago) so pretty much they've checked my ip. Do u guys have any suggestions? I suppose i need to start running on ***. Do u have anyone that works well with tor?

I also got banned on all of my accounts, including the new ones i just made who got to lvl 10. Feels kinda strange to get so boned on this game now, never had this kind of problems. Lost few accounts here and there but not all of them like now. Using many differend comps with different IPs.

Are you selling credits from one account or many? What are you doing exactly to get caught so quickly do you think? Are you accounts elder accounts or are most of them new? I lost some newbie account but not any of my tender legacy 50 accounts.

I was selling on all of them, they were all payed accounts with lvl 50 characters, guess they decided to do a wipe and I was marked for credit selling, but the strange thing was they banned some of my new accounts that were few days old. Never sold anything from them. They were leveling using kicks questing and mizzles grinding pack, altough they were running for like 12-13h a day, resting at night. They werent paid accounts and they were running in pairs of 2 on 4 diffrent pcs. Every pc had its own ip. Also 2 pcs were in one city and 2 pcs where in another city around 35 kms apart dunno if that matter but ill mention it why not. I have completly no idea what am i doing wrong but for now it seems that its impossible to bot for me.

Did you do a GUID Change?

Also did you do a complete reformatting of PCs?

I think an account gets flagged after 8 hrs of play.

Before bans that happened to me a week ago when all my accs got shut down I have been going strong for around 3 months 24/7. IF they would get flagged after 8 hours they would get banned much quicker i think.

Yep something is going on here now, I was botting for over a year now 24/7 and usually they would go like that for 3/4 months, but now this is kinda strange. I got banned on all of my account and than 1 day after that on brand new accounts again, and now today on few more, guess they really dont like me now.
Also they are not on same IP, IP has changed, only same PCs, but Im kinda used on banns because I am bottong wow also, still this is really stange for SWTOR.

Time for a little brake to let it cool down a little.

Well today they banned all my accounts again, I just made them for a test, they were free, but non related to the old ones, kinda strange.
