Many ban threads but i havn't seen a dev reply. Can we get a word?

Dunno about you guys but things i'd like to know:

1: How can you know DB isn't detectable when lots of ppl got banned and not only the 24/7 sark farmers?
2: Any plans to keep DB customers safe by designing a smarter bot? Implement something that takes different paths, that takes breaks etc. Or no plans atm?
3: How about profiles? If Sark & core arn't safe we can't use the bot for gold farming since thats what the profiles do atm. Any plans on taking it upon yourselves to create more sofisticated profiles? I see apoc's (the random dungeons) back from holiday and all..

I just wish there was more communication. The first ban thread was 2 or 3 days ago and we're still clueless.

The issue is just like grinding in wow

you do it too long in 1 area and the script kicks in and auto bans you is what i'm guessing

But our bot is not detected

Also, we do not allow un-official threads with the word 'banwave' in the title
 
Guess the rumors of them closing in on people doing sark was true, unrelated to what software you use. They are most likely going for those who clocked the longest times.

Hope a dev can confirm this. Anyway, this is why DB needs more sofisticated profiles. DB in it current state doesn't leave any other good gold farming option then sarkoth. No profile switching, no auto break etc. Yeah i can manually break and stuff but its a bot for christ sake, whats the point if you need to do it manually?

Good thing the thread doesn't have the word 'banwave' in the title :) And if you have a problem with the word "ban" you'll have to delete all the "i'm banned threads" like blizzard does when people post negative feedback or shit they don't like about their game on the forums. Probably would piss alot of DB customers off tho :-/

pretty sure it isnt detected, my account is fine and havent turned off DB since the 1.0.3b? patch(the latest one)

Weird, i don't remember writing banwave and when i go back in the browser it says "ban". Oh well!

Hope you can bring this thread to the dev's attention so we can get some answers :).
 
Turning off DB for a week, gonna see if more people get banned. CBa to lose more accounts.
 
I've botted 24/7 on three accounts, only sarkoth

I've also never been banned in wow for 24/7 gathering the same profile for a year on end

I'm not sure I believe those script ideas >_>

Highest respects Kick...
But honestly... If my company produced a product that was late (behind competition) and then the devs stopped communicating with the community and THEN my product fell kind of flat/stale on the features it was said to offer upon purchase... I might go the extra mile to answer my consumers with more details and more appropriately .... I honestly do have a huge amount of respect for you guys but I worry about the lack in helpful communication from devs...
Here is a question I am definitely within my rights to ask.... What are the plans for the bot in the near future.... I have noticed the updates and flow of information have really slowed down in recent past and I wonder what is the cause.

you forget WE are people we cant be on the boards all the time if they spent all the time answering questions then you guys would complain they arent spending enough time on the bot, and so on. the devs PROGRAM not spend on on the forums all day.

Again.... Respects..... I understand YOUR frustration - but this is part of the experience of putting out a product and profiting .... Dealing with customers and answering questions .... But still the question goes unanswered if the devs aren't in the boards - what is in the works for the future of DB

because of the injunction we cant make profit anyway. we havent since they slapped us with it. so dont keep going on about how we only care about money. all i can do is ask that someone make a statement, and i have. but AGAIN i need to reiterate, that the developers are busy developing, so while, you may like to micromanage everything thats being worked on and releases and whats coming out and whats going on, you cant. sorry.
 
@ Users - The devs are still developing for all of our bots (HB & it's botbases, TL, BW, DB)... We may not tell the users every line of code that is changed - but believe me, our skype chat has 1000's of messages per day between us developers.

You program yet DB still lack a lot of features than it was promised and advertised :(
