Any way to turn off conversation skipping?

I'd like to turn off the fast forwarding of conversations that the bot currently has. I'd still like it to handle the conversations, but I want to have them play out at normal speed so I can watch/listen to them.

I'm sure it is buried in an .xml file somewhere, I'm just not familiar enough with this bot yet to figure out where.

Thanks in advance.

open the questing profile

change <ForceAlignment Type="Dark" AutoSkip="True" /> to False and save / reload profile

Okay... That's just awesome. Takes out the tedium of the conversations but allows you to actually enjoy them. Excellent.

I'm assuming that the ForceAlignment Type tells it to pick all of the Dark Side or Light Side conversation responses as they pop up? If so... That's just bloody brilliant.

Yep, you can also change that to None and Normal (normal usually defaults to friendly rep, but normal companion rep or something)

Just be mindful, conversations effect the quest lines. If you're running a profile written for "dark", and you decide to change the conversation options to "light", you will 99% of the time, run into random issues with the bot not knowing what to do next because the quest lines have changed.

But yes, watching the "story" of the game play by itself is awesome. :)

That makes sense. That's just something for me to note for any future editing, etc.

Yeah... That's what I was really hoping for... Because the various stories are neat and interesting. I'm just not willing to grind through all the boring parts by hand. So I watch the bot while it is doing neat stuff/stuff I haven't seen before. It helps that I have it on my 2nd PC here so it is sort of the same as if I was watching a DVD or whatnot. =)
