Any way to keep trinity item settings when updating?

Is there any way i can keep the trinity item settings whenever i need to update demonbuddy because i have to re find all the items it needs to keep every time i update now

Copy over folder "settings" in demonbuddy folder should work.

Which files/folders can you keep? I'm about to do a full reinstall. The settings folder and logs can probably be kept I take it. I forget if there's anything else you don't have to overwrite

from the zip you should extract all files from the root of the zip, you should also include help, languages, and rules directories. IDK if anything contained in those directories matters but I include them because I don't have anything specific there. I don't extract plugins or profiles directories because I'm hooked up to the Adventurer and Trinity SVN to have the more current versions than what will be packaged with DB.

As for settings, extracting or keeping anything from the zip will not affect your settings, but if you have different versions of the plugins you'll overwrite your current version which is probably not desired.

Yup. This is the easiest solution so you don't have to worry about Trinity settings or Item List etc.
