Any update on downtime compensation?

My key expired in the downtime. I tried to buy another as I intended to buy a second when the bot was back up, but is stuck in the processing. Can we get an update on when to see this pushed out? Soon hopefully? Killjoy buying a license to have it stuck in processing after your favorite app just came back online.
