Any Tips to share in Restarting from a 100% Total Ban (0 gold state)?

Is buying gold a good idea to restart/jumpstart from the 0-gold state? Or should I just carry on grinding Normal Act 1 Champions?

I recommend finding a reputable gold seller online ( I've seen some going for $<1/m ) and buy 10 mil or so. How many accounts are you trying to suit up? Cause if its just one, you could suit up a more than capable a1-farmable barb for <3m gold.

I know, I know " I dont want to spend money on this game -- the point is to make money!" Yes, this is true, but when you look at the opportunity cost of getting your char to the point of being able to AFK farm, you end up losing much more gold than what you would have spent on just buying it from the gold sellers in the first place.

Time spent farming just so you can get to the point of REAL farming, is time wasted = less dough.

Farm Normal A2 champions and sell exp gear for 20k-100k each.

What he said. If I wanted to start new bots, I would level them to 60 then dump them with about 40-50m worth of gears each. They pay back pretty easily if you don't get banned again

Yea make something that you can hand farm act 3 and maybe some of act 4 that has some magic find on it. It will be able to run act 1 like cake and the other acts can usually be taken on with the right skills, runes, and belph settings.
