Any tips on healing a bodyguard?

hey guys. I did a quick search but found nothing on bodyguards and healing them. I have a priest I checked all the heal pets and heal followers etc and he will not heal the bodyguard. I am using basic priest routine. no custom routines.

I tried putting the bodyguard on focus as well.

Any thoughts or custom routines that actually heal the bodyguard?
