Any spell casting clering builds/Routines for a cleric

Hey guys I have been looking for a spell casting routine for a cleric but the mainly build I have found is either a farming for high lvls or the lvling build.

So my question is are there any lvl 30 casting lvling routine for a cleric?

if you follow Hawker's guide about Cleric Soul builds the default routine should be fine

Are you supposed to use 1 handed with an off hand or 2 handed?
