Any recommendations on some casual herb farming?

i just need some starlight rose to farm for potions to make dungeons/raids easier since i can get everything else via blood of sargeras



any recommendations/tips, or should i just avoid it like the plague and bite the bullet and farm the herbs myself?(considering the ban reports going arround on the forums)
