I need help from any one who lives in USA

Well, i need that you (who lives in NA) create an ragnarok online 2 account for me. =(
My country has ip block, so i cant CREATE it, but i can play it normaly (as i usually do, in my cousin account).
I Already have an warpportal acc, but i im not allowed to creat the rag one =/ sad.
If theres a soul who can help me, ill be very, veeeeeeery apreciated. I can even make a donation for you (paypal).
