Any one have luck on getting customer support refund legion?

As title states has any one have luck on getting customer support refund legion?

They have been pretty willing to refund legion preorders in previous bans, this time they were quite adamant with me they will not.

I tried the pleasant approach and politely stating that I am not receiving benefits of pre order since i will have no access to legion upon its launch and no access to demon hunter class prior to release.

I had all 4 of mine banned on the 19th like a lot of people, took about 45 minutes to get them all reinstated. I did have 1 account with legion pre purchased and all I had to do was call and talk to someone on the phone to get it refunded. I will not be buying legion now until it launches , just to make sure I don't have to worry about it if there's another wave.
