simple answer yes.

possible reasons:
* badluck
* 24/7 botting

I got banned when it was new. There was a detection at this time and lots of people got banned. Since then it seems they don't ban anymore. This can change as fast as they stopped to ban btw... Since the real AH is gone, banrates got down. Maybe less people botting or blizzard doesnt care anymore, who knows
