i've done 7/14 with tuanha's and solo healed garrosh a couple of times, but that was rough

13/14N, 3/14H Tuanha Premium. I strongly suggest manually controlling cooldowns and tweaking cleansing to be high priority on fights where its important (Sha of Pride). Make sure Hex is off.
