This is going to be my first time using Demonbuddy, and I'm kind of debating it because it's a "hacking"/modding website, and i'm worrying that my credit card info might get leaked or i might install a keylogger. Does this work for everybody? Is it worth it to get? Sorry, just nervous.
Any feedback?

Its ok to be worried about your CC / installing keyloggers, especially when visiting botting, *****ing, etc sites. You dont have to pay with your CC here, you can use paypal or a few other options if you prefer.
This bot / company has been around for many many years. It has a very good reputation, so there really shouldnt be any concern for malware.
You can read the banned section for reports of players being banned while using DB. Its extremely rare. I know so many people that have been botting for years, 0 bans. I have friends that literally use DB 24/7 at the start of every season, and run for 2-3 months straight ... not one has been banned. I personally run my bot for ~10-15 hours a day. No bans for 3 seasons yet.
As for the current state of DB, it works. All the classes have atleast 1 good working combat profile and most have several good working builds. The issue that you read about people having are related to NAV servers (which is what allows the bot to move around). With Diablo 2.3 the DB team added nav servers to help against piracy. They are still actively trying to get these nav servers stabilized. Its a coin flip how bad you are affected by the nav servers. Some people are severely, but for most its just a minor inconvenience.

NAV Servers have been down for a few hours everyday for the past few days.
But you don't have to worry about the site stealing your info. They have a pretty good reputation.
That being said, I'd reccomend going for the 3 days one to see if you like it. What with the frequent outages. Just today, demonbuddy has been down for about 5 hours now with no official word from the team.

And it's understandable. It's bound to have bugs sometimes. It's also 3:00 A.M where I live, so i'm guessing the Dev's are asleep.

If you know those people really well, and know they wont report you, then sure. But i would not recommend running the bot in public games at all. Getting reported is pretty much the only way to get banned running DB.

That plugin will keep all your buffs up for you during combat. IE, if you are playing a barb, it will keep your shouts up, your battle rage, summon your ancients if one dies, etc, etc. But you are still in full control of your character.
