any exp changes on the 4.0.1 patch

If not I guess it will not be until cata that the exp gains will change on the lower levels

They stated in blue posts and at conference, they have NOT decided to raise EXP for any content YET, but thy are toying with the idea. They said that initially with Cata they will not be raising it but possibly in the near future
