Any downside to running 1.6.3.4 ?

As the title says, i would like to know if there's any major downside to still running 1.6.3.4 . I've decided to keep running that older version until the trinity community edition gets settled down a bit, however i don't really know if there is a problem with doing that. I'm not asking in terms of gameplay, i like how my current version of trinity performs, i'm more interested if there's any security reason for which i shouldn't run the 1.6.3.4 version.

There's no problem running 1.6.3.4 and there won't be any until an expansion comes out. Diablo 3 patches are handled by the DB team.

I run a modified 1.6.3.4 (about 350Ko) because my only concern is performance and I'm just used to work on that version.

I like the refreshdiaobject function of rrix it's definately going to help people down here but not me.

But yeah, will surely not lift the world's pain on my back.
