I believe Neverdyne is working on one now, in his SAO suite, far as i know, he plans to name it Lizabeth (the blacksmith in SAO, makes sense 
)
You could also have just looked down the plugin list and seen that there's really nothing released yet plugin-wise, there are plenty of crafting profiles you can snatch up, You can also make your own profiles, which really isn't too hard.
