Yes, all Beta changes that get promoted to Release will be in the patch notes so everyone can follow along.

Yes, I need to make some new threads about the current setup, but basically:
Beta - development version where we test new features, fix bugs, break things in order to make a better bot.
Release - stable version where we only use the stuff we're happy with from Beta.
