Anti-Virus Detects Trojan on Update.exe

Hello,

So I tried to download the archebuddy after purchage the key, but when I run the update my anti-viruz block and says it's a trojan..

I'm also using another clients (honnorbuddy) and everything works smooth, do you have any way to get a compressed file?

I can't even run the exception on the software, it auto block the exe..

HI,
Ive been testing Archebuddy using a new VM.
But I have just tried downloading it to my desktop, and my antivirus keeps deleting it, saying that its a Trojan.
The security I have is F Secure.

Any more on why F Secure is picking this up as a virus please ?
Ive got it installed ok in my VMs, but was trying to install on my desktop where I have anti virus.

What do you want people to tell you? It's a bot program that has to evade cheat detection software, of course it's going to look suspicious. The "Generic" tag means there's not much, if anything, to worry about.

Pause your antivirus, download AB, then add the path to your exceptions list.

what i know that is archebuddy will use download method to download new files and updated plugin to temp with extension (.tmp) also its detected because it uses injection to another program which is ( archeage ) so i think this is normal.
