The situation is the following:
Bought a key Honorbuddy 10.04.2015.
Played until may 2015 - in may came under banhammer Blizzard.
Wanted to return the money for Honorbuddy, but I was REFUSED.
In PayPal (it did pay for), I was told that this is a digital product and return is not working.
In support of Honorbuddy (https://bosslandgmbh.zendesk.com/), I also refused to refund. Said that the refund can be only within 7 days from the date of purchase.
After 6 months, when I was unblocked, I wanted again to use Honorbuddy.
To go I could not. My key was blocked. In the support system (https://bosslandgmbh.zendesk.com/), I was told: "your key is blocked, because we gave you your money back".
The support system I have provided all correspondence. All rooms tickets PayPal, domestic support, payment information, about your account, about buying. Gave links on how I was REFUSED a refund in paypal, and on the support site (https://bosslandgmbh.zendesk.com/).
The result: I have NOT RETURNED the money. my key was blocked. I just got robbed.
Tech support just closes my tickets, and apparently, doesn't read all my data and evidence.
I asked to provide me with payment information, which as they say "my money back". Just ignored.
What do I do?
I hope to be without trolling. If you will be charged for the key is 60 EUR, and will block him for no reason - you will be troling?
