Hey guys,

i have been away from wow for a couple of years but i'm back now.
i've created a support request because i can't login to my buddy auth account.
the request was made over a week ago and i also tried to contact bossland by phone.
seems there is noone reachable, is the company closed?

Hi, Schealex,

Please keep trying to contact the Bossland GmbH 'front office'. The forum staff have no ability to assist you with this situation.

The front office can take 48 hours t respond, and they do not work the weekends.

Hey chinajade,

thanks for the answer, send my request via mail now but sadly i receive only
a message from the same ticket system where i already had a ticket created.
so i guess i do not get any answer or contact to support?
do you guys have no way to contact the support / staff?

if this is going nowhere i will need to get my loyer involved to get my money back.
back when i bought my licenses i payed over 80€ so thats not that cheap as it is now.
