[ANSWERED] Says my HB key is fraudulent?

I tried buying a routine on the store and it said my key was fraudulent? I bought the lifetime key a long time ago whats going on?

more information: I did refund something i bought previously on the store because I wasn't happy with the purchase. However I thought that just made it so i can't buy that single routine ever again and not ban my ENTIRE key outright..
