[ANSWERED] Re-purchase Refunded CR

Hello, I am a long-time user of Honorbuddy and I own several CR's. One day I accidentally purchased the wrong one and had no intentions of playing the class I bought it for. So I refunded it, As time went on I actually rolled that class and now I am in a position where I would like to use this CR. However, I cannot since I refunded and you can never re-purchase a refunded CR. Is there any assistance that can be provided to me? I realize this is stated in the Honorbuddy Terms, but as you can tell I did not refund to scam or anything I just made a wrong purchase and thought I had no use for it. I would appreciate any help! Thank you.

Thanks for the reply! Yeah I thought about sending an E-mail to them but I can't seem to find there email anywhere, for the buddystore that is. Maybe you know it?

Hi, Sk84nachos,

Nuhll is correct in that you will need to contact the Bossland GmbH front office to inquire about this. The easiest way is to send email to [email protected] describing the issue. But, since there are multiple safeguards warning about the inability to re-purchase at a later date, I wouldn't hold my breath.
